Hey, My grandparents' first overseas trip was an incredibly memorable event. I could see enthusiasm in their eyes as soon as we walked into the Flair Airlines YYZ Terminal. The amount of passengers from various nations, the departure screens, and the airport lights all astounded them. While my grandfather quietly liked watching aeroplanes get ready to take off, my grandma was always enquiring about the flights. Leading them through the airport and assisting with their check-in and boarding made me very happy. My grandparents were at ease the entire time because of the staff's kindness and patience. I became emotional as we sat close to the gate and talked about our trip overseas because I knew we were making lifelong memories.
